Customer Service Agent

About the role

Betsson is expanding in Latin America and seeks a Customer Service Agent to deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers via email, live chat, and telephone in Spanish and English.
• Work closely with the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and KPI targets.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts.
• Translate promotional content and surveys when required.
• Request, review, verify, and store customer documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Perform KYC checks, risk assessments, and monitor suspicious activity.
• Follow company policies related to player safety, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in customer service (face‑to‑face, online, or phone‑based).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a customer‑centric mindset.
