Customer Onboarding Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Hostaway is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join its fully remote team serving the LATAM region. You will guide new clients through their first interactions with the platform, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the foundation for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Implement onboarding processes for new customers, delivering tailored training sessions and product demos.
• Create and maintain bilingual (Spanish/English) onboarding materials and resources.
• Communicate proactively with customers throughout the onboarding journey, addressing questions and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Track onboarding metrics, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success within a SaaS environment.
• C2‑level fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English (company’s internal language).
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume onboarding projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to fast‑changing technology.
