About the role

As a Customer Implementation Manager at Gorgias, you will own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for a portfolio of e‑commerce brands, ensuring they quickly realize the value of our Helpdesk and AI Agent solutions.

Key responsibilities

Take ownership of the onboarding process from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation.
Serve as the primary post‑sales point of contact, managing all customer relations during implementation.
Deliver white‑glove service, guiding customers in setting up and optimizing the Helpdesk and AI Agent.
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and tailor the solution accordingly.
Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure successful adoption and retention.

Required profile

Strong consultative mindset with a strategic approach to onboarding.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
Passion for AI‑driven conversational commerce.
