Customer Account Advisor

About the role

As a Customer Account Advisor, you will be the voice of our brand, helping customers across the globe enjoy our products with confidence and ease. The Customer Services department in Argentina will manage all interactions with our global customer base, ensuring every query is handled with precision and care. This role involves providing support via Live Chat, telephone, and email, covering everything from account verification to betting queries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to customers through Live Chat, telephone, and email.
• Verify customer accounts and handle betting related queries.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Use internal tools to manage and update account information.
• Promote Responsible Gambling practices in all interactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of licensing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal English‑speaking departments to resolve complaints.
• Ensure a positive experience by promptly resolving customer issues.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent people skills and ability to multi‑task with strong attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on resolution.
• Competent literacy and numeracy skills.
