Creative Strategy Senior Manager

About the role

Trafilea is looking for a Creative Strategy Senior Manager to shape and execute the strategic direction of its global ad creative ecosystem. This remote position leads a team of Creative Strategists, driving high‑performing direct‑response campaigns that fuel revenue across multiple consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Creative Strategists to produce Class‑A direct‑response ads across brands and channels.
• Define and maintain creative frameworks, playbooks, and ad structures that blend storytelling, psychology, and performance.
• Conduct deep diagnostics of ad assets, analyzing structure, angles, formats, and content variety.
• Apply buyer‑persona insights to ensure every creative resonates with target audiences.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into creative acquisition plans.
• Analyze weekly performance data to identify winning ads, test new angles, and scale high‑performing concepts.
• Integrate AI and automation into creative workflows for efficiency and innovation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content formats.
• Leverage neuromarketing, storytelling, and persuasive copywriting to elevate ad quality and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Design, and Media teams to align creative output with performance metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years leading creative or marketing strategy teams in fast‑paced eCommerce or retail environments.
• Proven expertise in direct‑response advertising, storytelling, and persuasive copywriting.
• Deep understanding of sales psychology, consumer behavior, and neuromarketing principles.
• Experience with funnel strategy, CRO testing, and A/B optimization frameworks.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate creative performance data into actionable insights.
