Creative Project Manager

About the role

Superside is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead fast‑paced creative projects for leading global brands. You will own client relationships, guide creative output, and help integrate AI tools into our workflows while working fully remotely with a distributed team of top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own project planning, timelines, and internal/client milestones.
• Create budgets, define dependencies, and scope resourcing needs.
• Track progress, risks, and overall delivery health.
• Translate approved briefs into detailed execution plans.
• Lead day‑to‑day execution across creative, production, and account teams.
• Drive timelines, maintain momentum, and ensure quality assurance in partnership with Creative Leads.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks early.
• Guarantee on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery while reducing errors through disciplined planning.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English with strong presentation skills.
• 3+ years experience as a Project, Account, Campaign manager or Creative Producer in a brand or advertising environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of creative communication and its business impact.
• Solid grasp of creative craft, budgeting, and strict timeline management.
• High‑level knowledge of digital advertising, social media, branding, and communications.
• Interest in AI and familiarity with leading creative AI tools such as Midjourney and ChatGPT.
• Organized, customer‑centric, autonomous, decisive, and accountable.
