Creative Direction Manager – Copy (Bilingual Portuguese)

About the role

Accenture Canvas, the in‑house creative agency for the Accenture brand, is looking for a Creative Direction Manager focused on copy. You will collaborate with multi‑disciplinary creative teams, work across electronic and digital formats, and help turn innovative ideas into compelling, human‑centred communications.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm campaign concepts with colleagues and align them with target audiences.
• Write and refine long‑form and short‑form copy for websites, blogs, video scripts, invitations and other digital assets.
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists and other creatives to ensure the final work meets high standards.
• Interact with internal marketing clients, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback.
• Maintain quality control, ensuring only the best copy is delivered to the client.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in copywriting or creative direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• Proven ability to craft concise, clever taglines and longer narrative pieces.
• Leadership experience with the capacity to inspire and manage a copy team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a human‑centred approach, able to put yourself in the user’s shoes.
