Counter Manager – Lead Retail Team

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, customer service and operational targets. This role offers full accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, in‑store events and exceptional relationship management.

• Design and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers.
• Plan and deliver impactful in‑store events and marketing initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure outstanding service.

• Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.

Required skills

• Retail sales experience and team leadership.
• Strategic planning and execution, including financial planning.
• Working knowledge of a computerized system, email and Microsoft Excel.
