Corporate Finance Analyst

About the role

Loyalty Clubs USA is building a high‑caliber finance function to support its rapid growth, acquisitions, and capital‑market readiness. We are seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to work directly with leadership on M&A due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence on acquisition targets, including quality‑of‑earnings, working‑capital, revenue quality, and liability analysis.
• Build acquisition models such as purchase‑price allocation, accretion/dilution, synergy quantification, and post‑close integration cost forecasts.
• Develop and maintain three‑statement models, cash‑flow forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and cap‑table dilution models.
• Prepare board‑ready materials and investor communications, and support KPI framework development.
• Collaborate with external counsel, accountants, bankers, and auditors on corporate transactions and governance matters.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or high‑growth startup finance/FP&A.
• Proven ability to build financial models from scratch and conduct live‑deal due diligence.
• Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for numerical inconsistencies.
• Experience with corporate transactions such as M&A, capital raises, restructurings, or public listings.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus but not required.
