Copilot & Power Platform Architect

About the role

Nimble Gravity is seeking a Copilot & Power Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise automation and AI‑enabled solutions for its clients. This client‑facing consulting position owns the technical architecture from discovery workshops through build, governance, and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Canvas and model‑driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
• Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents embedded in real workflows, applying patterns such as retrieval‑augmented generation, prompt orchestration, and tool calling.
• Define scalable integration patterns across Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), Azure services, and third‑party systems via APIs, custom connectors, and on‑premises gateways.
• Establish ALM practices: solution packaging, managed solutions, environment strategy, deployment pipelines, and release controls.
• Build governance frameworks covering environment segmentation, DLP policies, RBAC, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Design identity and security architecture using Entra ID to meet enterprise requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops, produce technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including scoping, estimation, solution design, and technical demos.
• Contribute to internal reference architectures, templates, governance playbooks, and coach client makers on best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio and AI‑enabled automation.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, communicate with technical teams and executive sponsors, and influence solution design.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with data engineers, AI specialists, and delivery leads.
