Contracts Manager

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its US Contracting Center. In this remote position you will review, draft, and redline contracts for IQVIA’s commercial services, ensuring legal and business terms align with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal and business terms using the contract playbook and attorney guidance.
• Independently manage high‑volume contract reviews for both large complex and standard agreements.
• Develop deep knowledge of IQVIA’s service lines and products through contract preparation.
• Communicate concerns to USCC and business representatives and propose solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
• Identify and support implementation of contracting efficiencies in collaboration with other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3‑4 years of experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, or negotiating contracts, preferably in a corporate legal or contracts administration setting.
• Fluent English and strong familiarity with legal terminology.
• Excellent project management, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.

Required skills

• Experience with contracts lifecycle management systems such as CONGA, Ironclad, or Agiloft.
