Contract Attorney – Contract Reviewer (Remote, Córdoba)

About the role

Superlegal is looking for an experienced attorney to join its global LegalTech team. Based in Córdoba, you will work remotely or in a hybrid model to review, draft, and redline a wide range of commercial and construction contracts using advanced AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and meticulously redline agreements such as SaaS contracts, MSAs, construction agreements, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Apply specialized client playbooks to ensure consistent and precise outcomes.
• Collaborate with Superlegal’s proprietary legal AI platform to accelerate workflow and meet fast turnaround times.
• Contribute to a dynamic, globally distributed legal team focused on transforming contract review.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review and redlining.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or construction law concepts.
• High proficiency in English to serve a global client base.
• Tech‑forward mindset, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
