Content Marketing Manager (SEO & Organic Growth)

About the role

Azura, a fast‑growing DTC jewelry brand, is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and scale its organic growth engine. You will combine content strategy, SEO, AI‑driven search visibility, and organic social to make the brand the most discoverable fantasy jewelry brand online.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual, quarterly and monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Create content briefs, storytelling angles, scripts and creative direction while guiding the Content Creator and Graphic Designer.
• Own SEO performance: keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO, internal linking, and blog strategy.
• Drive AI search and LLM visibility through structured content, Q&A pages, entity building and community marketing.
• Define and manage organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Analyse traffic, rankings and performance data to identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO or organic growth, preferably in DTC, lifestyle, beauty or jewelry.
• Proven track record of building content strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative strategy.
• Comfortable making independent decisions with minimal direction.
