Content Manager (English & Spanish)

About the role

Political Asylum Lawyers, a Houston‑based immigration law firm, is seeking a bilingual Content Manager to transform long‑form video scripts into engaging social‑media assets. The role supports the firm’s mission of helping asylum seekers secure a safe future in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Convert approved scripts and video content into derivative assets such as text posts, images, carousels, stories, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to research topics, generate content ideas, and adapt scripts for both English and Spanish audiences.
• Schedule, optimize, and publish content across platforms with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Founder and internal teams to ensure brand voice and legal compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI content generation tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
