Content Editor

About the role

VML, part of WPP, is looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Content Editor to manage, maintain, and optimise website content across its digital properties. The role involves working closely with designers, developers and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and update website content within the CMS according to business requirements.
• Create and modify web pages using predefined components.
• Optimise content structure for better user experience and site performance.
• Ensure proper display and functionality across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement updates and improvements.
• Conduct QA testing to identify and resolve content or structural errors.
• Manage media assets (images, videos, documents) and maintain accurate tagging.
• Document processes and changes to keep a clear history.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing web content using a CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web accessibility best practices.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with designers, developers and digital marketers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager is a plus.
