Content Creator – Tax Technology Studio

About the role

You will support the Tax Technology Studio at EY Global Delivery Services in Argentina by creating, refining and organizing high‑quality content for internal and external audiences. The role blends content creation, editorial support, corporate communications and marketing coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Create, adapt and organise content for communications, campaigns, proposals and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Mine existing materials to identify reusable messages and content opportunities.
• Write and edit presentation decks, newsletters, emails, intranet articles, web copy and social media posts.
• Develop key messages, narratives and storytelling approaches for strategic initiatives.
• Proofread, copy‑edit, fact‑check and ensure quality of all written materials.
• Build polished PowerPoint presentations that convey complex information clearly.
• Support content calendars, editorial pipelines and coordinate approvals across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to produce professional content.
• Proven experience in content creation, corporate communications or related fields.
• Strong copy‑editing, proofreading and fact‑checking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organise multiple concurrent requests and deadlines.
• Sound stakeholder management and collaborative, service‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
