Consultant – Energy Oil and Gas

About the role

Join a leading global consulting firm to help major clients in the oil and gas sector transform their businesses. You will work in high‑performance teams, receive continuous mentorship, and contribute to strategic projects that drive lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with 3–5 member teams to gather data, test hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations for large energy companies.
• Present findings to senior client management and support implementation of recommended solutions.
• Engage with leaders across multiple industries, including metals, telecommunications, retail, and finance, to broaden expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA or PhD in Engineering (Chemical, Petroleum, Geology, Geoscience, Industrial) with at least 5 years of experience in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude.
• Native‑level Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
