Consultant - Commercial Strategy

About the role

You will help clients maximize the commercial value of their assets, portfolio, and organization while building excellence in the commercial organization. The role involves supporting cross‑functional project management and delivering high‑quality client materials.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall cross‑functional management of projects for both client organizations and internally at Syneos Health.
• Conduct secondary research, identify relevant data sources, and analyze data to recommend creative ideas.
• Create and quality‑check project deliverables, incorporating feedback from project leadership.
• Design compelling storyboards and communicate data through text, graphics, and images.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to develop client deliverables autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in secondary research and data analysis.
• Ability to navigate the management consulting cycle.
• Effective communication of data through various formats.
