Construction Site Manager

About the role

Osprey Developers seeks an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee luxury residential and commercial projects across the Bahamas. You will lead daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all on‑site construction activities from start to finish.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage crews of 20–100+ workers.
• Coordinate structural concrete, masonry, and MEP installations.
• Verify that work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
• Monitor schedules and proactively keep projects on track.
• Arrange material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with project leadership.
• Support efficient resource management and cost control.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction sites.
• Background in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, concrete block construction, and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and large field crews.
• Experience with ground‑up residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
