Construction Project Coordinator – Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Construction Project Coordinator to manage the administrative and operational aspects of multiple residential construction projects in Florida, while based in our Buenos Aires office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily progress of several Florida construction projects, maintaining communication with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Track schedules, deadlines, deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle permit applications, inspections and compliance with Florida municipalities and building departments.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, invoice monitoring and purchase order coordination.
• Maintain project information in Buildertrend and other management tools, preparing status updates and internal reports.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for daily communication with US‑based professionals.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and independent judgment.
• Proactive attitude, accountability and strong follow‑through.
