Concierge & Events Officer (Shipboard)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Concierge & Events Officer to join our shipboard team. The role combines high‑level guest service with the planning and execution of group, loyalty and VIP events for up to 80+ guests. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience throughout their voyage.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for all guests, with special focus on VIP, loyalty, group and concierge clientele.
• Plan, organise and execute group, loyalty and concierge events, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, empathy and swift resolution.
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and stock of the concierge lounge, loyalty spaces and conference rooms.
• Provide personalized guest services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, shore excursions, flower arrangements, tailoring and babysitting.
• Uphold brand knowledge, ship information, revenue products and guest preferences to deliver tailored experiences.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience as a Front Desk or Receptionist in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Proven experience managing events for 80+ guests.
• Excellent spoken English, clear and courteous.
• Shipboard guest‑service experience is an advantage.
