Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Manager

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is looking for a Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Manager within its Internal Firm Services practice. The role helps maintain regulatory compliance and manage risk, advises clients on compliance matters and promotes a culture of integrity. As a manager, you will coach and develop your team, motivate them and manage performance to deliver quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and take ownership of projects from planning and budgeting to completion.
• Understand the risk and compliance profile of a multinational professional services organization and use compliance monitoring to confirm programs mitigate risk and find areas for improvement.
• Support data analytics strategies to identify compliance risks and collaborate with compliance leaders (e.g. anticorruption, ethics) to build a cohesive monitoring framework.
• Explore and leverage technology, including Generative AI, to improve compliance monitoring.
• Carry out routine transaction testing, business process improvement, project management and data analytics to support compliance programs.
• Maintain documentation, methodologies and playbooks, and help compliance teams run monitoring plans and reporting, aggregating results and analyzing outcomes.
• Present to senior leaders and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Oral and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Understanding of information security and data protection, and ability to follow information security practices.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential.

Required skills

• Data storytelling and visualization with Power BI and Tableau.
• Programming and analytics tools such as Python, R and SQL.
• Data validation, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, reconciliation and exception review.
• Defining monitoring objectives, metrics and KPIs, and calibrating analytics approaches.
