Community Manager – Social Media Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to drive daily engagement across our social channels in Latin America. You will be the voice of the brand, ensuring consistent tone, timely responses, and smooth internal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily community interaction on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, story mentions, tagged content and influencer inquiries.
• Monitor conversations, maintain brand tone, and flag sensitive issues or customer‑service cases.
• Keep trackers, FAQs and project‑management boards up‑to‑date.
• Support the preparation of monthly reports with insights, screenshots and trend analysis.
• Identify recurring questions, engagement patterns and escalating trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of community‑management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience handling high‑volume organic social communities.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar and organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Dash Social or Meltwater.
• Project‑management platforms like Monday.com.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook community features.
