Communications Specialist – Digital Content & Audiovisual

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to lead the promotion of our corporate wellness services in the digital space. The role focuses on creating and managing audiovisual content, podcasts, and other digital formats to improve user experience, engagement, and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on strategic planning to generate initiatives that drive engagement across B2B and B2C communication channels.
• Work closely with internal teams to design impactful strategies for service users.
• Develop scripts, conceptualize audiovisual pieces, and coordinate production with external agencies.
• Plan, produce, and edit podcast episodes, including outline development and coordination with subject‑matter experts.
• Manage external vendors such as production companies, editors, and voice‑over artists, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Edit video and audio content for publication.
• Support the creation of digital communication materials for various company audiences.
• Maintain compliance with team procedures, including approvals, task organization in Trello, and scheduling.
• Develop and coordinate content across digital platforms, institutional materials, and internal campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
• Propose innovative content ideas, track KPIs, and adjust campaigns based on performance data.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, audiovisual production, vendor management, and project coordination.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere (or Adobe Creative Cloud video tools).
• Experience using Trello for task and project management.
