Communications Manager – Global Supply

About the role

Pfizer’s Global Supply division is seeking a Communications Manager to shape and maintain the company’s reputation and perception. You will leverage branding, digital strategies, media planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the Pfizer brand resonates with patients, colleagues, and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and co‑lead moderately complex communication projects, managing timelines, resources, and cross‑functional teams.
• Plan and execute public‑relations programs to strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
• Produce and manage internal and external communication materials, including publications, industry articles, and press releases.
• Develop and run colleague engagement initiatives that promote scientific innovation and patient impact.
• Coordinate multimedia events, leader coaching, branding toolkits, and training programs.
• Maintain and enhance the Pfizer intranet and other internal communication channels.
• Support leadership in growing social‑media presence and manage an integrated editorial calendar across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with brand teams to ensure a cohesive media and brand approach, monitor program performance, and contribute to global reputation and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• BA/BS with at least 6 years of experience, or MBA/MS with at least 2 years, or PhD/JD with any experience.
• Proven track record in developing and managing diverse communications projects.
• Experience designing strategic, insight‑driven, measurable communications programs.
• Strong understanding of current marketing and media trends.
• Ability to lead or collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
