Commercial Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Commercial Operations Specialist to support our LATAM commercial activities. The role ensures efficient order management and customer service across the region, acting as a bridge between global and local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track all customer orders across LATAM markets from confirmation to delivery, ensuring full visibility and accuracy.
• Provide proactive follow‑up on order status, including availability, allocation, shipment timelines, and delivery risks.
• Identify potential issues such as delays, stock shortages, credit holds, or missing allocations and escalate appropriately.
• Serve as the main point of contact for LATAM distributors and importers on operational and order‑related topics.
• Coordinate with Customer Service teams in Israel and the Netherlands on all order‑management matters for LATAM.
• Maintain structured reporting on order pipelines, delivery status, and related metrics.

Required profile

• Strong operational mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, or supply chain.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively identify risks, and follow orders end‑to‑end.
• Comfort working in an international, multicultural environment.
