About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst supporting Global Client services. You will work within the Internal Firm Services practice, helping internal teams deliver high‑quality commercial solutions and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft engagement artifacts such as EAFs and quote documents for sales‑led client discussions.
• Build initial quote packages and ensure timely readiness for client presentations.
• Create contract documentation aligned with sales requests and commercial policies.
• Track opportunity statuses in Salesforce and alliance portals, maintaining program visibility.
• Coordinate pricing, product, and delivery information with partners and internal stakeholders across deal stages.
• Design program playbooks, assets, and tools for resell initiatives.
• Validate new opportunity intakes for completeness and correctness.
• Monitor opportunity progress from quote creation through contract execution and invoicing.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with proven experience in commercial operations or internal firm services.
• Strong analytical abilities to solve complex problems and manage workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and navigate ambiguous situations.
