Collections Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Whizz is looking for a Collections Specialist to join its remote team and support the company’s growth in e‑mobility solutions. You will be responsible for managing overdue accounts while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track overdue accounts, following established protocols to secure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of delinquent accounts, including payment arrangements, communications, and invoices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, balancing high satisfaction with effective collections.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and disputes efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports on debt collection activities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal collection laws and regulations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in collections.
• Fluent English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging customers.
• High‑speed internet, personal computer, and headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
