Cloud Engineering Lead – .Net/Azure

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineering Lead to drive the design, development, delivery, and operational excellence of a cloud‑native enterprise software product on Microsoft Azure. The role blends hands‑on technical leadership with people management, mentoring, and strategic technology planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional engineering teams to build scalable, secure, reliable, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, architecture guardrails, and best practices for cloud‑native development.
• Partner with Product Management, Solution Architecture, DevOps, Security, UX, Data, and AI teams to deliver measurable business value.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of mission‑critical applications, from design through production monitoring.
• Drive adoption of AI, generative AI, and responsible AI practices within the product.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years leading software engineering teams delivering enterprise‑scale products.
• Proven experience operating mission‑critical applications in cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, and Python.
