About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II to lead sponsor‑dedicated clinical studies. You will design, oversee, and analyse trials, ensuring high‑quality data and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement enrollment strategies and comprehensive trial protocols.
• Oversee day‑to‑day trial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery of milestones.
• Analyze trial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimise study outcomes.
• Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to keep trials on track.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships.

Required profile

• Solid experience in clinical trial management with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and several years of experience designing and executing clinical trials.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
