Clinical Trial Coordinator – Senior Level

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms. As a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator you will provide administrative and technical support to project teams, act as a cross‑functional liaison, and help onboard new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee trial activities according to the task matrix, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Maintain study documentation, eTMF, vendor trackers and system access, and support global tools such as GoBalto and eTMF.
• Process and review documents for clients, manage regulatory filings, and assist with site file and pharmacy binder preparation.
• Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings reports, and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in clinical trial coordination or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent English language and grammar skills; proficiency in the local language as needed.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with electronic trial master file systems (eTMF) and GoBalto.
• Ability to learn and use clinical trial database systems.
• Good presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
