About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical companies and biotechs. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator you will provide administrative and technical support to project teams, ensuring audit readiness and efficient site activation.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities, performing file reviews and documenting findings.
Provide system support for Activate and eTMF, ensuring databases are current and documents are processed timely.
Assist with site activation tasks, including preparation of Investigator Site Files, pharmacy binders, and regulatory submissions.
Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings, and support risk communication to project leads.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
0‑1 year relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with clinical trial systems such as Activate, eTMM, and CTMS.
