Clinical Trial Coordinator

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical companies and biotechs, providing administrative and technical support to project teams. As a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator you will coordinate trial activities, act as a cross‑functional liaison and mentor new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Maintain study documentation, eTMF files and system access, and provide support for tools such as GoBalto and other clinical trial databases.
• Process documents, perform eTMF reviews, manage mass communications and track regulatory filings.
• Assist with investigator site file preparation, pharmacy binder materials, translation support and vendor tracker maintenance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in clinical trial coordination or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent English language skills and proficiency in the local language as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using eTMF systems and GoBalto.
• Ability to learn and operate clinical trial database systems.
