About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies by providing administrative and technical support to clinical trial projects. The Clinical Trial Coordinator II ensures audit readiness, assists with site activation, and helps maintain high‑quality documentation throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete assigned trial activities, including file reviews, (e)TMF processing, and mass mailings.
• Support site activation by preparing Investigator Site Files, pharmacy binders, and study‑specific translation materials.
• Maintain vendor trackers, regulatory document logs, and study metrics; reconcile findings and report discrepancies.
• Assist with regulatory compliance packages, submissions, and the development of site lists and tiering.
• Provide training to new staff, act as a buddy during onboarding, and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical trial administration or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent English language and grammar skills; proficiency in the local language as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using electronic trial master file systems (eTMF) and clinical trial databases such as Activate or CTMS.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP, local regulations, and SOP compliance.
