Clinical Supply Specialist – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

The Clinical Supply Specialist will design, implement and monitor supply strategies for clinical studies across Latin America. Working remotely, you will collaborate with project managers, vendors and internal leadership to ensure study drug availability while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor overall study supply chain strategy.
• Optimize inventory levels to maintain continuity and reduce carrying costs.
• Control manufacturing and delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed study drug inventories.
• Create and improve procedures to increase supply‑chain efficiency while ensuring quality and safety.
• Define and track key supply‑chain KPIs at study and functional levels.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement timely solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical research setting.
• Strong planning, logical thinking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of risk management within supply chains.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• General IT literacy and ability to handle electronic data.
