Clinical Research Manager (CRM)

About the role

The Clinical Research Manager (CRM) ensures the successful execution of assigned clinical studies at country level, from start-up through close-out. The role coordinates investigators, sites, vendors, CRAs and internal teams so that studies meet timelines, quality standards, protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements. It acts as the link between local clinical operations and global study teams, managing risks and operational challenges. The position is based in Argentina with travel of 20-30% locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operational execution of assigned clinical studies.
• Ensure activities follow timelines, quality expectations, protocols, GCP and local regulations.
• Coordinate investigators, sites, CRAs, vendors and internal study teams.
• Monitor study performance through clinical systems, dashboards and metrics.
• Identify operational, regulatory, quality, financial and timeline risks and put mitigation plans in place.
• Support sites and teams on patient recruitment, site performance, resources, compliance and stakeholder alignment.
• Influence stakeholders across local, regional and global teams and support the adoption of new processes, technologies and digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related field.
• More than 6 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate strongly preferred, ideally at least 3 years of clinical monitoring.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Advanced English and strong knowledge of GCP and local regulations.
• Ability to work with investigators, sites, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• 20-30% travel locally and internationally; flexible work arrangements and hybrid work.
