Clinical Research Associate I

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Clinical Research Associate I you will support clinical trial operations, ensuring high‑quality outcomes across programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate set‑up and monitoring activities for studies, produce accurate status reports and maintain documentation.
• Run sponsor‑generated queries efficiently and contribute to study cost efficiency.
• Participate in preparation and review of study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with investigators, site staff and key stakeholders.
• Ensure patient safety by complying with ICON procedures, protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and ability to review medical data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Good social skills for timely query handling.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
