About the role
This home‑based CRA2 position offers a structured development path with mentoring, quarterly performance reviews and the chance to work on global clinical projects while being based in Buenos Aires.
Key responsibilities
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out visits and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Support the development of subject recruitment plans and provide protocol training to assigned sites.
- Evaluate site practices, escalate quality issues, and track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data query resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care or scientific discipline (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of on‑site monitoring experience.
- Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Residency in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
