About the role

This position is designed for professionals starting or continuing a career as a Clinical Research Associate. You will receive structured training, mentoring, and quarterly performance reviews while working on global projects with a regional travel focus.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits, maintaining all required documentation.
  • Support the development of subject recruitment plans and provide protocol training to assigned sites.
  • Evaluate site practices for quality and integrity, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Track regulatory submissions, recruitment progress, case report form completion, and data query resolution.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a health‑care or scientific discipline, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of remote monitoring or study coordinator experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
