About the role

This Homebased Clinical Research Associate (CRA) position offers a structured development path with mentoring, quarterly performance reviews and the chance to work on global projects while being based in Buenos Aires.

Key responsibilities

Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out visits and maintain all related documentation.
Support the creation of subject recruitment plans and provide protocol training to sites.
Evaluate site practice quality, escalate issues, and track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data query resolution.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care or scientific discipline (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of on‑site clinical monitoring experience.
Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
