Clinical Research Associate – All Levels

About the role

Medpace is seeking Clinical Research Associates in Buenos Aires to support drug and medical device development across Argentina. The role offers comprehensive training through the PACE program and the chance to work on multiple therapeutic areas while traveling to research sites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits for research sites in compliance with protocols and SOPs.
• Verify investigator qualifications, site resources, and ensure proper documentation of medical records against case report forms.
• Review regulatory documents, manage investigational product accountability, and assess adverse event reporting.
• Monitor patient recruitment and retention, providing suggestions for improvement.
• Prepare monitoring reports, follow‑up letters, and communicate findings, deviations, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health or science‑related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience in clinical monitoring preferred, with a proven track record in patient management and documentation.
