Clinical Project Manager – Hybrid (Mexico/Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies on a hybrid basis in Mexico or Argentina. The role serves as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring timely study launch, conduct, and close‑out while adhering to contractual and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end clinical projects, overseeing study teams, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant SOPs and local regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating study launch, conduct and close‑out.
• Maintain financial performance of each project and monitor study information in multiple databases and systems.
• Oversee development and implementation of project plans, inspection readiness and Trial Master File (TMF) completeness.
• Coordinate activities of all study conduct partners and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing regional or global clinical projects.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model across Mexico or Argentina.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance.
• Trial Master File (TMF) management.
