Clinical Project Manager – Argentina

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager based in Argentina to lead global and regional clinical trials in cardiovascular and renal therapeutic areas. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical trials from start‑up through close‑out on a global or regional basis.
• Develop and execute study management plans aligned with contractual and strategic objectives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation across multiple projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP and all applicable regulatory standards.
• Mentor and support project team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, including at least 1 year in project management.
• Strong therapeutic expertise in cardiovascular (preferred).
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of project financials and contract management.
