Client Technology Tech Activation Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will support the CTO in translating strategic priorities into coordinated execution across EY GDS. This senior role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can work with senior stakeholders, bring structure to complex priorities, and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate priorities and turn leadership direction into clear actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Manage operational requirements and establish effective rhythms such as leadership agendas, business reviews and decision forums.
• Coordinate cross‑functional priorities and dependencies to support integrated execution.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, tracking milestones, risks and decisions.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, reports and analysis.
• Capture decisions, track commitments, raise barriers and ensure accountability.
• Support development of governance, processes, tools and ways of working.
• Partner with Finance, Talent, Operations, Communications and other functions to align business requirements.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, business operations, strategy or transformation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (strongly preferred).
• Strong program management and organizational skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
