Client Support Representative – Legal (Buenos Aires)

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Services Director, the Client Support Representative provides high‑quality technical and operational assistance to clients using TransPerfect’s Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform. Based in the Buenos Aires office, the role supports North‑American accounts and ensures a professional, responsive, and accurate service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone or email to advise on VDR workflow and processes.
• Deliver first‑line technical and operational support for the VDR platform.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, anticipating and managing their needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client engagements.
• Guide users through platform navigation, access permissions, document management, Q&A, and reporting.
• Conduct and host online training sessions for clients.
• Investigate and document user issues, escalating technical matters when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams across regions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests.

Required profile

• Native‑level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable communicating with a wide range of B2B customers.
• Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to grow, develop and continuously learn new skills.
• Minimum two years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools.
