Client Solutions Manager – Advertising Sales (LATAM)

About the role

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) joins TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team to drive advertising revenue across the Central America market. Based in Buenos Aires, the CSM works closely with the Client Solutions Lead, providing consultative sales support, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring advertisers achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow post‑sale client relationships using a consultative approach.
• Become an expert in TikTok’s ad solutions and tailor recommendations to diverse business goals.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell conversations and client education on product updates.
• Lead measurement strategies, track key metrics, and deliver insights in partnership with the LATAM Measurement Team.
• Coach clients and agencies to maximize results on TikTok’s platform.
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues to maintain high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Willingness to work onsite in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with the digital platforms ecosystem.
• Background in account management or client services (internal or external).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue targets.
• Experience with performance advertising and managing complex, scaling campaigns.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and oral).
