Client Services Associate – Virtual Data Rooms

About the role

The Client Services Associate provides high‑quality technical and operational support to users of the Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) platform, primarily for North‑American accounts. The position is based in Buenos Aires with mandatory onsite attendance three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone or email to advise on VDR workflows and resolve support queries.
• Provide first‑line technical and operational assistance across the VDR platform, including user access, permissions, document management, Q&A and reporting.
• Host and manage online training sessions for clients.
• Escalate complex technical issues internally and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams across regions to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of client requests.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support tickets, billing information and client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B environment.
• Native‑level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and active listening.
• Willingness to continuously learn new software and tools.
