Civil 3D Modeler / BIM Specialist (Remote)

About the role

ENG is seeking a Civil 3D and Utilities BIM Specialist to create accurate structural and civil BIM models for concrete and steel infrastructure projects. The role involves reviewing specifications, resolving design conflicts, and delivering high‑quality models that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural and civil BIM models using Revit, with Navisworks for coordination.
• Interpret and analyze project documents such as drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Identify and resolve clashes during modeling and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated BIM solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in structural and civil BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks and Civil 3D is desirable.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
