Care and Compliance Support Manager – Regional North

About the role

Roseberry Care is looking for an experienced Care and Compliance Support Manager to work across its northern region. This field‑based position will support home managers and clinical teams in delivering safe, high‑quality care while meeting CQC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality and compliance audits across all homes, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Home Managers to develop, implement and monitor service improvement plans.
• Provide hands‑on coaching, mentoring and interim management support where needed.
• Analyse quality indicators, incidents, complaints and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping services navigate regulatory challenges and embed best practice.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC Pin (preferred).
• Significant experience in the care home sector, ideally in a managerial or quality‑improvement role.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage services, drive compliance and lead quality‑improvement initiatives.
