Capital Sales Manager – Medical Robotics

About the role

Edge Medical is seeking an experienced Capital Sales Manager to drive adoption of its surgical robotic platform across Argentina. You will develop new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders, and lead the capital sales process from prospecting through successful deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Argentina market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital management, procurement teams, and key decision‑makers.
• Lead the capital equipment sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful customer implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proven experience in capital medical equipment or high‑value medical device sales.
• Experience selling to hospitals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with professional working proficiency.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Argentina.
